Returns & Exchanges
Wrong Item or Factory Damage:
Before sending out your order, we check and approve each package to ensure a smooth transaction. However, if you do receive the wrong item or find notable factory damage on the piece, it is eligible for exchange provided that all the requirements below are fulfilled.
Please note that for items with suspected factory defects, replacement is pending our assessment and verification. Should the defect/s be confirmed, then we will gladly replace your item, free of charge.
Change in Design or Color:
Unfortunately, we do not refund nor accept exchanges based on change-of-mind or satisfaction matters. This is to maintain the hygienic standards that we implement.
Change in Size:
Given the delicate nature of our products we only accept exchanges due to size or fit concerns for tops or brassiere items, provided that all the requirements below are fulfilled. We do not accept exchanges for bodysuits and bottoms or panties.

Requirements for Exchanges:
- Item was purchased within 30 days.
- Item was purchased at full price.
- Packs must be returned in full.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with tags attached and in original packaging to proceed with an exchange.
Physical or digital proof of purchase.
