  • I’m so excited to get a Wonkie piece but I’m not sure how your pieces fit on my body. How do I go about picking the right size? 

    Totally understandable concern! There are different ways to go about it.

    First is checking out our Size Guide.

    Second is you can avail of our Try-On Kit so you can physically see for yourself which size works best for you. Please note that this is only available for top pieces for hygienic purposes.

    Third is you can check out photos on our instagram page and see if there’s anyone wearing the piece that’s similar to your body type. If so, you can message us to ask what size they’re wearing and we’ll give you all the deets you need! 👍🏾
  • I love my Wonkie piece! Just wondering why the beading is not exactly like the one in the photos? Nothing wrong with it, it’s just different.

    Good question! That’s because the design you got is hand-embellished. It was meticulously embellished by our local partner artisans by hand so there will be some differences between each piece. But rest assured, the quality is the same across all pieces and we can assure that because we have standardized as much as we can in the production process, including prescribing the number of beads or embellishments to be used. 
  • Amazing details on my Wonkie piece! How do I make sure it doesn't get damaged when I wash it?

Membership

  • Do I need to create an account on your website to be able to order? 

    Nope. But creating an account will make your shopping experience a lot smoother the next time you’re in the mood for more Wonkie. And you never know, you might get some extra insider discounts if you’re signed up! 😉
  • I have a problem with my account! Need help! 

    Don’t panic, we’re here to help you out. Simply drop us a line via the Contact form or email us at hello@wonkie.me and we’ll try to help you as soon as we can.

 

Shipping

  • Just ordered, and I’m super excited! When will my package arrive?

    We’re excited for you too! If you’re in Metro Manila, you’ll get your package within 1-7 working days from the date you ordered. If you’re outside Metro Manila, you should receive your package in 3-10 working days. 
  • I’m excited to order but I’m a bit shy. I’m concerned people I live with will find out what I ordered. Is there anything you can do about it? 

    We got you! We’re very subtle and discreet. 🤫 The sender details will be filled out with our official company name and not our brand name. You’ll know it’s from us but other people won’t. 😉 As for the packaging, we use regular mailer bags as the outermost layer so as long as they don’t open that, you’re safe! 
  • Do you have urgent shipping? Super excited and in dire need of a Wonkie piece!  

    If you can't wait at all and you want your package the very same day or the next, we feel you! Don’t worry, we’ll try our best to accommodate your needs. No promises though! Simply drop us a line via the Contact form or email us at hello@wonkie.me and we’ll  see what we can do. 
  • Do you ship outside of the Philippines? I’d love to get a Wonkie piece but I’m not in the Philippines. 

    Shipping outside of the Philippines is not available via our site yet but drop us a line via the Contact form or email us at hello@wonkie.me and we’ll see what we can do for you. 

Payment Method

  • What payment methods do you accept? 

    For your convenience, we accept Over the Counter (OTC), Online Transfer, Credit and Debit Card, and Cash on Delivery (COD).

    For Debit and Credit Cards, we accept VISA and Mastercard. On the "Payment method" portion of the checkout process, choose the PayPal option, then once a small pop-up appears, choose the "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" option. 
  • Do I have to log in to PayPal to pay via credit card?

    Nope, we just collect payments via PayPal but you do not need to have an account to be able to pay.

Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges 

  • I made a mistake! Can I still cancel my order? 

    We all make mistakes, we’ll try our best to help you out.

    If you haven’t settled the payment yet, then yes you can simply not pay for this particular order and return to shopping for the right piece.

    If you paid via PayPal or Credit Card, unfortunately we cannot cancel the order anymore.
  • Can I return my item? Would love to get something different.
